Remember: The Story of Abe Price Auditions

Gulfshore Playhouse is holding non-equity auditions for its touring show, Remember: The Story of Abe Price, on August 6th from 6:00-8:00PM at the Norris Center. We’re in search of one male actor (ages 20-70) capable of portraying multiple characters and available during daytime hours.

Remember: The Story of Abe Price, written by Jeffrey Binder and directed by Steven Calakos, an original play based on a true story that runs 45-minutes, followed by a brief Q&A with the cast. Presented in collaboration with The Holocaust Museum and Cohen Education Center, this production delves into the life of Abraham Piasecki, who, at just 16-years-old, faced the horrors of the Nazi invasion of Poland. From surviving the Kielce ghetto to imprisonment at Auschwitz-Birkenau, Abe’s remarkable story of resilience and escape from Nazi captivity five times is stunning.
