Sabina Valery

Sabina began her journey in the performing arts by studying theater at the University of Central Florida before transferring to Florida State University to focus on dance. She later moved to California to immerse herself in the world of dance, where she lived, performed, and began her Pilates certification. Now based in Naples, Sabina has transitioned to teaching, sharing her passion for movement with others. With a lifelong dedication to the arts, she has no plans to ever leave the stage or the studio behind.
