Lee Smith

Lee Smith joined Gulfshore Playhouse in 2025 as a Bartender before being promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage and Events Manager. With more than 13 years of hospitality experience, he has worked in live entertainment, theatre, and event venues, building a career around creating welcoming and memorable guest experiences.

A lifelong patron of the arts, Lee is excited to combine his passion for hospitality with his appreciation for live performance at Gulfshore Playhouse. His background includes bartending in theatre settings and supporting events in fast-paced entertainment environments, where he developed a strong commitment to service and community.

Originally from Kansas City, Lee has enjoyed exploring different parts of the country, living in Texas and Las Vegas before making Naples his home. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, riding his electric unicycle, and advocating for causes that strengthen his community. He is thrilled to be part of the Gulfshore Playhouse team and looks forward to helping create exceptional experiences for every guest.
