Gulfshore Playhouse Education provides programs that enhance the lives of students of all ages through transformative theatrical experiences.

Through Kizzie’s Kids Scholarship Fund and subsidized programming, our Education programs are readily accessible to all in our community. From in-school residencies and pre-professional theatre training to community partnerships, audience engagement, and student matinees, our goal is to inspire creativity and confidence.

What program is right for me or my child?

Every artist’s journey is different, but Gulfshore Playhouse Education has designed the progression of performance training with specific developmental milestones in mind. Click HERE to view a roadmap for how our classes and productions build as our students age through our programs.

Are scholarships or financial aid available for your Education programs?

Yes! You can find information about scholarships and financial assistance by visiting our Scholarships page HERE.

Are there opportunities for my student to see productions?

Yes! We offer our Student Matinee Series, sponsored by Mr. and Mrs. Anthony and Beverly Petullo, which offers FREE tickets to specific field trip matinees for school groups. More information HERE. 

Additionally, we offer a $25 Student Tickets and Rush to all of our professional productions. Students just need to present a Student ID when picking up their ticket for the performance.

How can I integrate the arts into the classroom?

Gulfshore Playhouse Education offers our in-school ThinkTheatre residencies as a way to work with classroom teachers to develop the skills to confidently and intentionally integrate the arts to support curriculum mastery. Learn more about our ThinkTheatre program HERE.
