Wynn’s Downtown breaks ground in Naples Design District

Construction has started on Wynn’s Downtown, a 45,000-square-foot mixed-use building in the Naples Design District. Developed by the Wynn family’s Downtown Naples LLC, the project is part of a public-private partnership with the city and Gulfshore Playhouse.
