Chessa Metz

CHESSA METZ is a NYC-based actor and singer-songwriter who made her Broadway debut in the original cast of the 2x Tony-Award-Winning musical SUFFS. As an understudy, she performed 104 times during the 301 show run, covering the ensemble, Lucy Burns, Doris Stevens, and the lead role, Alice Paul. Other theatrical credits include: Grace Banker in The Hello Girls (Syracuse Stage/Michael Cassel Group), Jenna in Waitress (John W. Engeman Theater), Ado Annie in Oklahoma! (Ogunquit Playhouse), Elsa in Frozen (Disney Cruise Line), and Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance (NC Symphony). She is also a returning soprano soloist at Carnegie Hall, debuting the compositions of Sherry Blevins and Raphael Fusco. Originally from North Carolina, Chessa is a proud graduate of both the high school and college acting programs at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA).
