Peggy Kinst

Peggy Kinst has been a Wellness Educator for over 50 years. She left her studies at Northwestern University because of a disease state that set her on a course of finding natural options for her own health and wellness…this experience became the cornerstone of her Wellness studies to teach others what she learned.  She created Wellness programs that included her expertise in Bio-Electrical Impedance Body Composition Analysis, all forms of Exercise Programs, Nutrition, Stress Management, Meyers-Briggs Personality Typing and Motivational Psychology for major corporations, schools, fitness facilities, hospitals and Senior Centers.  She has incorporated her vast Wellness Education…to “change the model of aging” through teaching Components of Successful Aging.  She was an International Educator/Trainer/Conference Presenter for Ageless Grace®, an Anti-Aging  Fitness Program for Body & Brain Health based on the Science of Brain Plasticity, Movement, Mindfulness & Music.  She is a graduate of the Neuroscience Academy.  Peggy, is also co-creator of AromaTechniques : The Science of Essential Oils, Reflexology and the “Power of Touch” through a unique Therapeutic Hand Massage Technique…including an introduction to the characteristics, benefits and usage of Essential Oils to create a “therapeutic & tranquil approach to wellness”.  Peggy has trained Ageless Grace Educators nationally, and in Ireland, Australia, and England.  Peggy has lectured expensively over her career…working with all populations…from children, obese teens, the fit population, as well as the mentally challenged…she has worked predominantly with the “vintage” population over the last twelve years with topics on how to retard the onset of dementia.  She has done interviews, training and a recent educational webinar for the Alzheimer’s Association as well as lectures and keynote addresses at many brain health conferences in Illinois.

She recently moved to Naples, Florida from the Chicagoland area.  She is proud of her accomplishments as an Educator and now is looking forward to committing herself to a new endeavor… with the Gulfshore Playhouse as Patron Services Assistant.  I am very excited to continue to learn and work with others to provide new experiences that bring joy and excitement to others!
