Astrid Reed-Kennedy

Astrid Reed-Kennedy is a costume designer and technician from Charlotte, NC. They are a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), where they received Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a concentration in Tech and Design and in Communication Studies. They worked as a costume lab technician for the last two years and was head of theatrical wardrobe for their last year at UNCC. They have also been designing costumes locally for the past year. Astrid’s favorite productions they have worked on include Footloose (Davidson Community Players), Measure for Measure (UNCC), Catch Me If You Can (Theatre Charlotte), and Wink (Charlotte Conservatory Theatre). They are extremely excited to work with Gulfshore Playhouse, and start this new step in their career.
