Privacy Policy

Gulfshore Playhouse respects the privacy of all of our patrons. The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into and considered part, of the Terms.


  • How we protect your privacy: We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data used by our system.
  • Sharing and Usage: We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.



All prices are listed in United States dollars.


Ticket Information and Refunds

Tickets are only for the date and time issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY. Gulfshore Playhouse will refund or exchange if the interruption, disturbance, or other similar action that effects your purchase was determined to be the fault of Gulfshore Playhouse. We will make every effort to exchange tickets based on the availability of seats at another performance within the seating value purchased, and for a nominal fee per ticket. Tickets are electronic, so lost, stolen or misplaced tickets are easily replaceable by visiting the site and printing a new voucher. Hard tickets will be waiting for you in the lobby of the theatre starting at one hour before performance time. It is not possible to mail hard tickets in advance.


Delivery Method

Our ticketing agency, Theatremania/Ovationtix, works strictly with electronic tickets. No hard tickets will be mailed to you. You can print a voucher at the time of purchase, but rest assured that your tickets will be waiting for you at the Norris Center, 755 8th Avenue S, on the night of the performance starting at one hour before the performance time.


Access for Individuals with Disabilities

The Norris Center, where Gulfshore Playhouse performs, is accessible with the use of ramps and wheelchair accessible. Please contact us at 239-261-PLAY (7529) with any questions or requests for assistance. Registered guide dogs with proper paperwork will be permitted. All other service animals will not be permitted in the theatre.



You agree to indemnify and hold Gulfshore Playhouse and its officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party which, in any manner arises out of or relates to your use of the site, including a visit to the Norris Center and/or Gulfshore Playhouse administrative offices.


Statue of Limitations

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.


Photography Policy

Photography, video recording, and audio recording in the theatre are strictly prohibited.
