About the Play

Meddling parents, impetuous young lovers, and cunning fairies collide in Shakespeare’s enchanting classic. Hermia loves Lysander, but her father wants her to marry Demetrius, but Hermia’s friend Helena is in love with Demetrius. In an act of rebellion, the young lovers escape into the mystical Forest of Arden where they run headlong into Titania and Oberon, the Queen and King of the Fairies, who are having a quarrel of their own. When Oberon commands his servant Puck to cast a spell on Titania, everyone gets caught up in his schemes. Escape to the Forest of Arden in this fantastical fairy tale!
