Brandon Horwin brings a lifelong passion for theatre to his work at Gulfshore Playhouse, where he is in his fifth season and proudly serves as Chief of Staff. Since joining The Playhouse, Brandon has made a meaningful impact—helping grow philanthropic support, deepen community relationships, and advance the mission of bringing world-class theatre and education programs to Southwest Florida. In his role, he works to secure critical funding, collaborates with senior staff on strategic initiatives, supports institutional priorities and fundraising, and fosters cross-departmental collaboration. He is proud to strengthen both The Playhouse and the cultural fabric of the Naples community.
Originally from New Jersey, Brandon holds a B.A. from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. His background includes work with regional theatres across the East Coast and time spent shadowing professionals on Broadway.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys great meals, time at the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He is a proud member of the Leadership Florida Connect Class 15 and a graduate of the Associate Leadership Collier Class of 2024. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the LCF Leadership Luncheon Committee. He is grateful to call Naples home.
