Mary Hackeloer

Mary Hackeloer is excited to serve as Associate Advancement Officer at Gulfshore Playhouse, where she helps secure the support that keeps the theatre’s mission thriving. After a rewarding year as Stewardship Manager and two seasons on the Education team, Mary brings a deep understanding of the organization’s artistic, educational, and community impact to her work in fundraising.

Originally from Oklahoma, Mary earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Southeast Missouri State University’s Dobbins Conservatory. She began her professional career in Chicago before making SWFL her home. Her multifaceted theatre journey spans performance, education, and arts administration, including a national tour with Missoula Children’s Theatre and work as Associate Artistic Director for the Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival.

Mary loves connecting with the generous donors who make Gulfshore Playhouse’s work possible and is excited to continue building those relationships while welcoming new supporters into the community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, relaxing by the pool or beach, hunting down the best restaurants she can find, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
