INTRODUCING: THE NEXT STAGE

Gulfshore Playhouse is entering its next stage. Since 2004, the Playhouse has entertained and engaged hundreds of thousands of people through world-class professional theatre and impacted tens of thousands of children through innovative education programming and community partnerships. Over the past 15 years, the Playhouse has expanded immensely, outgrowing its current rented facilities. With dreams of expanding even further in order to better serve our community, broaden our economic impact, and strengthen the cultural fabric of our region, it is finally time to move into our own home. This 44,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Theatre and Education Center situated on three acres at the corner of 1st Avenue S and Goodlette-Frank Road will allow Gulfshore Playhouse to achieve those dreams.

C R E A T E

E N G A G E

Engage an expanded audience by building a creative home for our community with numerous gathering spaces and programming open to all.

I N S P I R E

Inspire our region’s youth and families with expansive, thoughtful educational programs that meet critical needs in our new dedicated Education Wing.

THE CENTERPIECE OF THE NEXT STAGE

Extending the sparkling and lively Fifth Avenue South corridor a few blocks east, the new Gulfshore Playhouse will be a jewel in Naples’ crown and an anchor in the new Design District. Featuring an expressive sculptural design inspired by the white sand beach waves and golden sunsets of the Gulf Coast, the space has been designed by architectural firm H3/Arquitectonica to complement the current landscape while bringing flair and elegance to its surroundings. The new Theatre and Education Center will add significant and lasting value to the cultural life of Naples for generations to come.
