How do I access the stream?

  1. Purchasing a streaming ticket using the link on our website. You will receive an email confirmation email with the link to the stream and an access code. Be sure to check your spam folder if no email can be located.
  2. If you purchased a pre-sale ticket, the stream will become available to view on December 15, 2020 using the link and access code you received in your email.
  3. Once you have entered your access code on the ShowTix4U website, you will have 48 hours to watch the production. You can watch the production as many times as you desire within the 48 hours. Please note: the stream will only work on one device at a time.

How do I view the production on my television?

  2. Additionally, you can connect a laptop computer to your television using an HDMI cable.

How do I use a patron credit or a gift card to purchase my ticket?

A. If you would like to use patron credit or a gift card to purchase your ticket, please call our Box Office at 239-261-7529. Our Administrative offices are currently closed, but if you call between 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday, a team will contact you as soon as possible to process the transaction.

What can I do if my stream isn’t loading properly?

A. The player will attempt to auto choose the resolution based on your internet speed.If you are experiencing buffering, click on the gear icon of the player and lower the resolution of the stream.

What do I do if I lose my access code email?
