Summer Theatre Camps 2021

Gulfshore Playhouse Education’s STAR Academy is thrilled to offer a series of safe, exciting theatre camps for ages 6-18 this summer. Students 6-8 looking to get started on the stage can enjoy a half-day theatre camp, 8-13 year olds have the opportunity to perform in Junie B. Jones – the Musical, and 13-18 year olds can rock out in the iconic musical Grease.

Students of all experience levels are invited to participate in these amazing theatre camps taught by experienced theatre professionals. Participants will learn about acting, singing, and dancing on the stage through performance. These theatre camps are a great opportunity to gain self-confidence, reconnect with peers, and sharpen skills in the performing arts. Need-based scholarships are available through the Kizzie’s Kids Scholarship Fund!

Gulfshore Playhouse’s STAR Academy is committed to fostering Education programs that reflect the diverse population of Collier County. Students from underrepresented groups and diverse backgrounds with any level of acting experience are encouraged to participate.

Kizzie’s Kids Scholarship Fund

Gulfshore Playhouse Education firmly believes that cost should not be a bar to participation. Named in honor of the beloved, late fur family member of philanthropists Patty and Jay Baker, the Kizzie’s Kids Scholarship Fund enables all students to participate in our theatre programs.

Kizzie’s Kids is funded through gifts from generous donors and other grants-based programs. Needs-based scholarships are available to students for after-school and summer programs. Kizzie’s Kids scholarship applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please note that acceptance of a scholarship does not guarantee program placement. Applications are due by June 14, 2021.
